English Speaking Skills Problem

Do any of you guys are experiencing this problem. I am having a very big problem in presenting myself... I feel very inferior while talking to others. This is very disappointing. Could you give me some tips for a learning good speaking fluency in English...

think before you talk...dont exactly map to the same literal words tht you want to express..you might screwing up the meaning.

instead start every conversation with a broader sense.

for example you could have started this topic...

so practice the generalized way of talking....you will get it.

I can speak Plain English properly, I mean not with complex dictionary words incorporated in it, But i feel inferior talking to others and i feel that my sentences doesn't make any sense.
