what might be the possible case ?

do u have that I797 copy with u... did u r employer sent it to u or not

if NOT... ninnu satisfy cheyadaniki employer biscut vesinattu. ledhu copy undhi ante jara clochinchalsindhe becoz approve ayina tarvatha rfe's avi em undav

Once your H1B is approved, You dont get RFE. Basically, you can check your status online and confirm that. Double check with your employer. If there is any confusion even after contacting employer, contact USCIS immediately. Ofcourse, your employer have to call him as the USCIS doesnt answer anything to beneficiary. Good Luck.

1st naaku H1 approve ayyindhi ani cheppina number EAC number is xxxxxxxxxx, He just sent me a message about that the it is EACXXXXXXXX, but never sent me email response to lawyer from USCIS.

USCIS lo aa EACXXXXXX tho check chesthey approved ani undhi on april 16th.

but after getting this i-797 forms to my hand, on that EAC number is EACZZZZZZZZZZZZ, every other detail is mine. When i looked into USCIS website, it shows approved and approved date is april 16th.

I don't know what to believe ?

naadi neeku opposite case bhayya,nen regular ,CA ki apply chesa. May 1st ki status check chsthe RFE ani chupinchindi, oka 2 weeks tarwatha USCIS can not provide your information ani undi, monna tuesday USCIS ki call chesthe nee record inka intial review lone undi, RFE kadhu annadu ,, em jaruguthunoo emi ardham kavatledhu bhayya,, RFE ledhu intial review lone undi ante ok but at the end vadu nuv rfe ki reply ivvaledhu anduke reject chesam ante naaku doola teeripodhi.......
