But vadiki teliste racha chestadu. Infy/TCS vallu nee middle vendor ki cheptadu ila hire chesukunam full time ani. Middle vendor may or maynot communicate the same with your employer. Employer may send you legal notice to compensate for his loss.

Contact an immigration lawyer or go to Murthy Forum and you will find more information. But, the interesting part it, how will you cover it up when he find out that your 797 document is new. If not now, he will find out later if you are going to work full time to the employer. Suggestion :Honesty is the best policy!
