if uscis feels some proof ...they wud request

Yes You can transfer your H1B once it is approved and continue working on OPT until October 1st. Contact an immigration lawyer or go to Murthy Forum and you will find more information.

But, the interesting part it, how will you cover it up when he find out that your 797 document is new. If not now, he will find out later if you are going to work full time to the employer. Suggestion :Honesty is the best policy!

Every time u ammend or extend or xfer, u get new 797 form kada.. No?
