BMW528i Posted June 3, 2013 Report Posted June 3, 2013 Still No response. I heard that it takes 120 days to know about your application status. So, from 15 April 120 days would be 15 Aug. I also came to know that few packets were held by USCIS in order to process them in the place of rejected petitions or double filing. So still a minute chance with a ray of hope. fingers crossed.
