As per the supreme court rule popular newspaper surveys should not be telecasted till the elections are over. so the newspapers were waiting for the elections to be over to telecast their survey results. meanwhile they released the results UNOFFICIALLY. that is what chiru was saying that cong will get 120 seats....and HE IS RIGHT. later all surveys said that cong will get 120 seats and the results proved that.
