go to college issi ...and tell them the situation...they will help you...thats not a problem....one of my friend got the same for first time but he contacted issi in the school they helped him....so as soon as possible contact them tell your situation....they will take care of you...your rfe will be cleared...k....no problem you can tel uscis as i have completed prereqisites no probs...

Submit all your certificates from india. Submit your initial admission letter given by university and in which they gave you conditional admission asking you to take pre requisites. Before all this, contact you immigration coordinator at the university. He/she should help you. Your situation is not complex. its just weird. You can get thru easily as long as it is not a shady US university that you did masters in.
