what are you talking... revoke ante H1B denied kadhu, for some reasons H1B revoke chestharu like job, taxes issues or any thing. Revoke ayina H1B we can re open that case.

FYI - recent ga memu india nunchi ilanti case take up chesi revoke ayina H1B case re-open cheyincham and we got approval.

Inhouse project or project with CL unte revoke ayina H1B case ne re-open cheyochhu....

Bhayya maaku denial ki revoking diffrences telusu....Revoke chesitappudu letter okati pamputharu USCIS vallaki aa letter lo clear ga mentuon chestaru reason fro revoking..He is no longer an employeee for so and so reason ani..How can you open that old case and bring back that with a new employer????

Once a H1B is approved, no matter what current status it is in, you can file for a new h1b using that old h1b. You will be considered CAP exempt for 6 years and can start working once you get the H1B approved. It is almost same as the H1B transfer except that you cannot work until h1b is approved. Incase of h1b trasfer, you can work right after getting receipt of application as your H1B is already active. Revoked H1B doesnt have that option obviously as the H1B is not active.

H1b to F1 is complex process. You can file it online or paper petition if you decide to get that process done within USA. it takes minimum of 2 months for online petitions and 4 months for paper petition.

Easy way is just ask him to go to mexico (no mexico visa needed if you have active us visa) or canada (if he have canada visa) and reenter after couple of days as f1..end of story.

That information you are providing is absolutely false. There is no such thing called grace period under current H1B rule. If you lose your job, you will have to leave the country the same day or the next day and company is obligated to pay you one way ticket to your home country as you are in USA working only for that company and they are supposed to notify USCIS immediately about your job termination.

But, according to new immigration reform act, if incase it passes, all employees working under H1B will be given 60 days grace period to find a new job and transfer the H1B.
