If you needed any reminder that Youtube comments are the absolute worst, look no further. Cheerios was forced to disable the comments section on one of their commercial after the "discussion" became horrifyingly racist. The ad depicted a white mom, a black dad and their daughter, which was apparently enough to inspire no end of hateful comments and racial epithets because, well, it's Youtube. The good news is Cheerios isn't backing down. Vice President of Marketing Camille Gibson said, "Consumers have responded positively to our new Cheerios ad. At Cheerios, we know there are many kinds of families and we celebrate them all."
