nope thats wrong, visa rules break cheyyanantha varaku, meeru enni schools ainaa maarocchu with different sevis and still use the same visa, only thing is that the visa needs to be valid....only problem is when the immigration officials in india and or cbp appicers in us vaallaki ee rule teliyakapothe, u might be in trouble, thats the reason why ppl usually go for a new visa when they change the schools.

PS: I think ee post vesina athani fren visa valid ga ledemo.(visa vundatam veru, visa valid ga vundatam veru)

My friend did exactly the same thing two weeks ago. Her sevis terminated and she went to canc islands, mexico and came back on new sevis, different univ and it is also a shady university. Key thing is, i asked her to choose houston POE. she finished it in like 15 mins and cleared the secondary. University change ainantha maatrana kotha visa interview cheyyali anedhi wrong information as of now. Probably there is something more to the case.

Pure luck bhayya inka....na friend kuda allmost aipoindhi ankunadu anta...kani thandhi vere case le....1year back vellipoyadu india ki...as per rules 5 months kante ekkuva out of country unte malli Visa ki vellalanta
