Iam on H1B now..ma employer gc start chesta antunnadu...my question is

nenu employer tho gc processing start chesi and after 1 year get married to girl with GC ...Can i cancal the old employer processing and start with girl gc as dependednt..

yes you can, but GC unnavaallu spouse ki apply cheyachu but its as good as applying for a new GC, I-130 file cheyalsi untundi and the usual waiting period applies, Citigen aythe waiting period undadu. nuv already file chesi unte better go with that as the priority date will be closer
