consultancy job aithe no BGV... not only wipro.. all Indian Companies don't do BGV for contractors
they just say but they don't do...
main reason company don't want to spend money

As i heard company pays 5k-15k/person for BGV

yes, those are branches for wipro
wipro technologies
wipro infotech are 2 different management companies
but 2 are inter linked companies, internal transfers happen. mean if u are wipro infotech employee and u have proj on wipro tech, then u can go to that proj but ur pay slips come as infotech vice a versa
WT has one type of salary system and WI has other
but both are good

better chance is join and continue your search
once you got another best job then leave wipro. u can gain exp.
later on you can update with real time wipro exp, as u can have exp letters

One strong suggestion: wipro will fire employeess who have fake exp even if you work 10 years in wipro. They don't care who you are.
After 10 years, if your BGV fails then they ###### on ur face. I see people with my own eyes

Contractor ayite OK full time ayite think twice before you take up the offer. Ippudu desi companies client letters ivvatledu in case of RFE ..so think about ur status and if you need to apply for h1b/h1b ext or need to go for stamping before u decide to take this offer...Not discouraging but honestly i feel its good to keep away from desi companies
