some employers will run the payroll with constant working hours ( like 86.67 per 15 days)... becoz pay check to pay check ups and downs undakunda chusukodaniki.

over time working hours avi 6 months ke okasari bonus la issue chestharu.

ma consultancy vadu, overtime unte ah month paycheck lo add chesasthadu ( 1.5 times lantidhi vinnanu, but ma vadu same rate isthadu)


Ask your vendor, if they are issuing for extra hours....direct ga adigey mi consultancy ni....
