nene prime vendor ki employee laga join ayya 1yr back...
nenu join ainappudu natho patu work chese vadu 3mnths ki vellipoyadu...
night time oncall support cheyali...
sometimes night antha work chesi mng malli day lo 8 to 5 cheyali..
manager is ok to pay whatever the extra hours but employer ae annadu neeku straight pay untadi 11/2 undadu ani...

There is no rule that asks the employer to pay over time for a Full time Exempt employees. Companies pay OT just to make employees happy. Hourly jobs ithey its a law that they need to pay 1.5 times the pay from 41st hour.
