nannu fake documents petavu ani na VISA terminate chesaru. Now i'm in India HYD. Epudu nenu steps em thisukovali malli thirigi ravadani ???

University :- UNVA
Reason:- Fake documents (USA lo first time i20 ki apply chese tapudu submit chesina bank balance document)
Time of interrogation :- upto 6 hrs
Result :- 5 years barred and terminated my visa

Please help me....

Documents ithe first i20 ki apply chesetapudu pampisthamu kada BANK BALANCE adi fake di submit chesanu ani thosesaru. Actually i'm from UNVA so university base chesukoni oka 3-4 hrs kusthilu padithe adi fake document dorikindi vallaki. Katham musesaru nannu.

F-1 VISA mama. 5 years barred annaru. Waiver ki apply cheyu it will work. Then kotha VISA ki apply chesuko ani annaru.

Ee situ. lo I feel you better concentrate what to do in India, than thinking abt US. Once you find some Job then it might be helpfull for reapplying visa..JMO

hmm.. kashtam bro. F1 visa okka sari 5 years barred ani stamp padindhi ante.. waiver vache chances chaaaaaala thakkuva. 1% kuda undadhu. moreover it will take you atleast one year time, if you have to process that application from india. all the best.
