procrastination means dwelling on something which you are capable of doing, but wont do it and yet expecting the benefits of the end product.

here we dwell on the idea of going back to india. we are capable of going back any minute, but we wont go back, yet we expect the benefits of indian life to reach us and we still enjoy the current situation we are in. (in the US).
