Recent gaa join ayyina club lo.
Ninna free fitness assessment ani one hour class lo, chaalaa explain chesi sample training chepinchaaru...
Naa BMI - 30.1 undhi (191lbs - 5.7 height)
Body Fat% - 28 undhi (12% undaali anta)
Chaalaa bhayam vesindhi.

Target: Loose 40 pounds, build lean muscle and reduce body fat.
52 weeks continuous training - 1 time per week - $140 per month fee.
1 Year contract and results promised, with evaluating the body every month and changing the programs as required.

Program (Personal Trainer) ki enroll avvochaaa? Or Maname work out chesukovachaaa?
Suggestions pleaseeee

nenu 220 pounds same 5 7 height very scared

now i reduced 20 pounds in 1 1/2 month ( istarted in mid of april )


i take only oats no flavour

afternoon salad (carrots, tomatos, avacado, capsygum, lettuce,broccoli)

evening 1 mixed nuts

night 4 chapatis

and going to appartment gym doing 350 calories

dont waste money to put to them

I gaurantee you

if youfollow this you will also reduce


I prefer if you have time eat nuts it will improve your body , and stability

put that money for nuts ( al l types )

prunie's , raisins, walnuts, peacons, edmmame seeds, sunflower seeds, apricots, so many

You are basically in bad shape and health
You need that program
Go for two times in a week and achieve your goal in six months
You will achieve those o nly when you have food control, other wise not

manchi diet maintain chesthu..weekly 5 days excercise chesthe you will see the difference...


keep a watch on how many calories you are eating and how many calories your body needs everyday and how many calories you are burning in the gym...


personal trainer ki pettukunte neeku week lo 1 day vadu chukkalu choopisthadu...finally nee valla kaka madyalo drop aipothav...

vellu cheppe kaburlu vinaku... register avvu... you need a personal trainer.... 150$ kuda save chesukuni em cheddam ani? health is important... trainer ni choose chesuko... certifications experience chusi you demand for a particular trainer....

k2s uncle ki normal eeee... na target loose 12 pounds... aina 12% undedoi endi vayya 19-25 is normal healthy range..

personal trainer vunte neeku weight loose avvali ane inspiration vuntundi vayya.. I would suggest you go for it..

sontha ga chedam anukunte.. you might loose it after you follow the regime for some time.

Two years ago i spent 800$ per month for three months
I didn't feel bad about it
i lost weight and got in shape
I am now 5.55and 138 lbs
previously i was 158 lbs
