As you are starting kabbatti......Try to go group class, usually 24hourfitness,LAfitness lanti francgises lo group calsses free vuntaai.....weekly 1 or 2 group classes try chey....ekkuva cardio like elliptical,threadmill try chey........oka 2 to 3 months nee own gaa try chesinappudu.....Then go for trainer....Thats my opinion......Endukante once you commit $140 per month......Nuvvu vellina vellaka poyina......Charge chestaaru kada....!!

Starting join Ayyi oka 3 months nerchuko and then u can do it urself . I was lazy to workout myself so I took personal training for 2 years . Most of them think waste of money but wrong ga cheste knee problems ravachu ... I had a friend who excercised without guidance and he can't walk Atleast in mall now and is taking steroids . So take care when excercising .

main ga free weights chesetappudu inkokari help kavali also mana movemnt correct ga undho leadho teliyali kada

and also diet each body is different so we need it

LA fitness super gym.. Apart fron workk-outs strechingband weight lifting.

Play some sports like squash .
Also do swimming for even 30 minutes one day in a week.
Go to suana and sit for 10-15 minutes take a shower then.

This give good mental peace.

Daily 30 minutes on Cross Trainer/Elliptical/Cardio and then repeating the work out learned in Personal Training.

Loss: 3 Pounds...
Friends already noticed the change....

First important thing, AVOID white rice totally.... go for brown rice, max 3-4 ounces per meal..
Idhi cheyyakundaa....entha work out chesinaa no use...

Work Out ki vasthe... 3 Parts (Core/Cardio/Abs , Upper Body and Lower Body)

Gym la.. [b]10-15 min warm up [/b]cheyyali... [b]LOW[/b] intensity cardio (use thread mill, elliptical or cross trainer).
Then, Upper Body or Lower Body work out cheyyali (Specific work outs untaayi for each, like dumbbells, machine weights etc). Idhi oka [b]45 minutes[/b] cheyyali... Then back to Cardio at your own speed for [b]30 min.[/b]..
Specific workouts ki nenu personal training teesukunnanu.. so maa instructor teaches me the work outs. I will see if I can find those in internet...

Diet gunchi ee taadu lo already post chesaanu...oka saari choodu....

I will do thread mill or elliptical or cross trainer, depends up on the mood and won't repeat the one worked on the previous day,
