Yes we need to do cardio before we lift weights,

jus for 5-7 mins because ur heart and body will not be ready for pumps and weights.

jus to get heart ready we need to do.

Also after weights do for 5 mins.

This is good practice.

And week lo one day only cardio like 30 -45 mins cheye whch is hard. but a good practice.
