Few good points chepparu ninna session lo...
One lb of lean muscle will burn 50 calories per day at Rest (Not doing any thing)
10 lb of lean muscle will burn 500 calories at rest, doing nothing - Per day
With 10 lb of lean muscle, @ 500 calories per day - 3500 calories will be done per week, which is 1 lb of fat..
So muscle build chesthe... fat automatic gaa karugutundhi... ani conclude chesaaru...
Muscle build cheyyali ante...weight training cheyyali ani cheppindhi...

Nannu ee question adigindhi... general gaa any Gym lo fit gaa unde vallu ekkuva gaa ekkada untaaru ani...
I answered... at the weights sections (Cardio lo shapeless valle untaaru ekkuva gaa.. nenu choosina gym lo)... so there is the answer... you need to build the muscle to loose the body fat ani cheppindhi...

[/quote]agree.... cardio burns calories but doesn't build muscle... you always want to build muscle in the long term.. so ideal calorie burnout ekkuva vuntundi..... so to build muscle weight training better.....

intha overweight eskoni only muscle build ante ela chesthar vayya .. it will be definitely a mix of all workouts ... unna fat ni kariginchali kada .. ur trainer will def include cardio workout but it can be other than elliptical..

also get a dietician visit once... taravata ne trainer ee cheptadu..... denni chusi tindi maneyaku.... get a complete diet... eat many times a day... don't starve.... starting lo weight perugutavu.... taravata taggutavu....

Cheyyakudadu.......akkada trainers ki dabbulu katti bokka thappa emi migaladu....end of the year ekkada raa muscles antey....it takes 3 yrs...its lot of fat ...bokka ....chakka ani chepthadu.....

Akkada sweet gaa cute gaa vundey ammailu train chestharu....vallaki weights kudaa nuvvey ettali...emi raadu aadiki...neeku aayasam thappa emi migaladu.....I bet on it.....idi naa sontha experience......

Yeah... Cardio untundhi.... initial gaa... 30 minutes after the training (First 30 min Training and 30 min cardio)
After that the cardio time will be reduced based on the results....

choose your trainer..... LA fitness ee kakunda local gyms koncham less expensive vuntayi chudu..... manchi trainers, sports medicine knowledge vunte join avvu.... deeniki minchi neku explanation ivvanu....

Endhi mama... ilaa bhayapettavu... Ladies Trainers ye kaakundaa.. maga gents kooda unnaru trainers gaa..
I will maximum try to get the sessions from maga gent trainer, also will try to stick with one trainer....
Nee experience cheppu mama... ye location la vellavu?

Funny ga kakunda nijam cheppalante - Sweets maneseyali, diary maneseyali, white rice maneseyali.
only cardio cheyi - daily 30 minutes chalu. But aggressive ga chei. one month lo neeke telustundi
