Ante pills ante nuvvu work out chese tappadu your needs more vitamins. So mostly theesukuntene better. Just go for multivitamins and the fish oil.

pills, protein shake lu emi odddu ra babu. Cardio cheyi roju. uruku manchiga. anthe nuve sannaga authav. Muscles kavalante weights ethu urikina tarvatha. Climate ela unna roju cardio cheyi miss kakunda. adi goal ga petuko.

Fat % 28 antunnav kabatti...cardio nae gathi oka 6 months varaku neeku...!!

diet important...No sugars at all for now...!!that include rice too..!!

if at all rice tianli anukunta...brown rice thini..health ki chala manchidhi...!!

bhyaaa split the meals to 5-7 per day do weight training insted of cardio ....if you do cardio you need to continue it for life long every day ... I mean every day.... reason enduku anteyy cardio chesteyy aaa 1-3 hrs range looo neyy nee metobilisam high loo untadii.. adeyy if you do weight training metobolism will last till 36hr..... so even if you take 2-3 days brake a week that should be fine.... eat brown rice if ur doing weight training .... I lost 20 lbs since feb 4th my body fat was 29% now its 22% .... it not how much u do .. its quality matters...

more over personal trainers are helpfull they guide you how to put the quality of reps... but taking once in week no effective... atleast 2 time a week.... for starting 4 weeks preferable because u will get motivated and pumped up for every rep you do...

Hire a personal trainer from craig's list they will charge u only 20$ per session that will help u alot ................Go to medical checkup and see if the BMI is correct or not..........ee gym lo vala maatalu chala varaku biscuit ee untundi......

Craigslist lo choosaa maayya... but naaku chaalaa dooram gaa unnaru and price is minimum $25 per session.
So elaa ayyinaa same avutundhi..... But thanks for good suggestion....
BMI correct ye... intlo weigh chesaanu... and naa height telusu...online lo BMI calculator lo ee data enter chesthe... BMI almost same....

Ok. Personal Training Start ayyindhi.
Few details about my Trainer. His age is 60. He started body building at the age of 51.
The way he motivates is giving me boost. 'If I can do it at age 51, you can easily do it now' ani cheppadu.
Apart from the training session, he spent more than 2 hours with me explaining the diet I should take, work out routines on the days with no personal training etc, suggested Protein powders etc...
Expecting a big change in few months.....

atleast vaadiki money kaduthunnanduku aina sincere gaa chestham emo.
and also he will monitor u. nee BMI and etc ni monitor chestharu.

1yr contract okkatey koncham ekkuva anipisthundi. 3-6 months should be good.
verey option lekapothey 1yr contract sign cheyyochu. LA fitness center chaala states lo undi. so even if u move, it should not be a prob
