my BMI is 2.9 which is getting close to overweight..

Suggested Diet

Breakfast: (7-8am)
1) 2 Egg Whites + 1 Whole Egg (This is only for taste) = Omlet with NO Salt. Pepper sprinkle cheyyochu.
2) Cup of Oat Meal (1/2 Cup Raw oats ni water lo boil chesukunte, one cup avutundhi. You can use little salt for taste)
3) Eat One Banana, if it fits.

So Breakfast, full gaa untundhi.....

Meal 1 (Between 10-11)
1) Grilled Chicken with Salad (Low fat dressing, NO Carrots). Salad lo Brocali, Greens etc
2) 3 Oz of Brown Rice/ Sweet Potato

Meal 2 (Between 1-2)
1) Fish with Salad (Low fat dressing, NO Carrots). Salad lo Brocali, Greens etc
2) 3 Oz of Brown Rice/ Sweet Potato

Dinner and LAST Meal 3 (Between 5-6)
1) Repeat Meal 2 or 3

Meals madhyalo aakali vesthe.. you can have an apple....

Pre and Post work out:
Dymatize ISO 100 Protein Shake - 1 Scoop

Night aakali vesthe: Dymatize Casein Shake (Slow releasing Protein) and/or Celery. You can use Organic Peanut Butter on Celery (Only for flavor)

I asked the same question, Banana is added only because it has more potassium, our body does not produce it.
Any ways, it choice ani cheppadu.... only if it fits teesuko..leka pothe ledhu ani annadu...
But, Point Taken Burberry mama...

Short term goal is to loose 40 lbs, long term goal by the end of contract is to get six pack...

Evening bhayya.... after 8pm... currently spending 1 and half hour in gym... ante 90 min work out cheyyanu... oka 60 min chestaanu....

Dinner eppudo 6 ki ayyipotundhi.... Ikkada Dinner ante... peruganna tho laagincheyyatam kaadu bhayya..
adhi chaalaa lite food...salad and protein ...
Work out before 1 and 1/2 - 2 hours before tinaali... leka pothe cheyyalemu....
