Emo bhayya.... I agree with you, but it depends upon the trainer...
Naa trainer baagaa cheyyistaadu... he know him from last 2 months and he understands how I am reacting to the work outs. He will change the work out based on my ability... I have positive experience...

Videos choosi velli chestaanu ante... kastam...
Initial few weeks you definitely need trainer... that's my opinion... Then you can follow the videos..
15 weeks lo packs vastaayi ante.. antha mana bhrama... not practical....

Yes Bro.. I agreee.. Nenu PA lo unnappudu chinna gym lo 65 per session tiskunna.. tiskunnadi 6 sessions ye.. iraga deesadu.. full cirucit icchi two weeks cheyyamanay vadu.. every other week full circuit marchesay vadu... ayya baboi awesome aslaa.. nenu 57kgs undevadini.. 4 mnths lo 65 ki vacchesa... but six sessions lo iraga dessadu.. but LA fitness ala ledu.. naku debbesadu.. ivanni pedda gyms kada so maa patha trainer la undaru.. they want money and so they want us to take sessions every week

I do after weights..and also you can plan alternate days..one day weights one day cardio...Generally after weights nenu cardio ekkuva sepu cheyyanu...if I do weights I will do cardio for 30 min only...only cardio aithe 1 hr chestha...
