To the OP: Bhayya, please dont believe Wi*pro. Even if you complete Back*Grnd successfully, they will do again periodically. If after one year, the one which you put is found to be f*a*k*e, they will ter*min*ate you and dont give even exp. cer*tif*cate.

Please try some other companies. Pleae do not accept that offer.

em nayana... TCA, Infosys, IBM,Mahindra lanti MNC's own ga in person chesukuntara... nelaki konni hundreds of ppl join avutharu valladhanriki okkodiki okko person ne ichhi bg check chesthara ?

FYI - MNC's companies never do bg check by own they will give to thrid party ppl. even bg check kuda two types untai after joining in project they will do aadhi kuda starting stage and other is if u performance is not up to their expectation or in middle of project they will do.

neeku ela telusu ani adagochhu one of my frnd is working in one mnc as bg check dept head. he will take care of all bg checks for some deparments and handling wil third parties.
