and these bastards have a bad habit...they schedule teh interview.....couple of guys join in the call....and lets say they are impressed ..and u got selected...they'll keep it on hold for ever......malli madhya madhya lo call chesthunatru like one of the team member wants to talk with u ani..they keep delaying....

just before joining..... they will try to lower & negotiate the rate per hr....... malli client is not ready to pay so much ani..
