neeku oka incident cheptha some time back in early 2011 when i was marketing my resume(.NET) i got submitted for TCS ..Position is in LA ...ok they said webcam itv..its not skype...some meeting software ...so i attended with confidence...they are impressed...ikkada varaki ok....

intv cheisnhdi oka sr.developer,manager anukunta......and they said it is finalized.....next some other guy calls saying he is following up and he just want to chekc on my skillset...idhi evening 6.00 tarvatha manam chai samosa time lo frnds tho sollu esukuntunte.....i said its not the right time.....vadu ok neeku ee time ayina cheppu i';ll call u ani vadu...nenu cheppa tommorow morning 10:00 am is fine ante..why not today annadu....nenu serious ga cheppa....that will not work for me ani.....(naku lopala desi company lo job ravvadhu ane undedhi when there are abundant of vendors in.net)...sare nai vadu call chesadu next day...he was also almost impressed(same q's konni diff adigadu ..as usual andarni satisy cheyyadam kstam)...so nenu adigina veedini when is the joing date ani..vadu relationship manager is working iwth client on onborading annadu.....so ila it continues....

I will tell my experience ...... iikada neenu interviewer ni .... oka candidate (telugu) eee 6+ years tho vochadu .... naaku with in 10 min lo nee ardam aindhi ..... technical questions ki emi answer cheyadam ledhu ... but he was trying very hard ...... chance isthy nerchukuntavaa ani adigaaa .... then I ask him one puzzle he didn't answer but he tried and his approach was good....


final ga team lo ki selected ..... 1 year chesadu adhe company lo .....

i think you should have told him the truth...the situations have changed these days...if he really said that he is looking" where you fit in the team" means..that he may take you for the 2 year experience guy in the team for less billing. that way you will get a good start in the job market..when he figured out the truth and you know the truth as well there is nothing wrong in being frank...but if you insist that you have 7 years experience..then you have put guy will be in a precarious position..since he cant take you in the team and cant convince the vendor for your low billing...
