yesterday nenu NJ ( Newark) lo accident chesa.. oka lady personal injuries ayyayi .. lady ki blood bleed ayindi from teeth.. i dont think any major injuries..not sure any fractures..

tappu naade...cops vacharu carless driving tickket iccharu..

ee month last lo courtdate undochu..naa questions nenu lawyer ani hire chesukovala ?..

ippatiki ayithe nenu decide ayya court lo plead guilty ki accept cheddam mani..i have no scope to fight for not plead guilty..

lady medical expenses and car damages ni insurance take care chesukuntundi ani anukuntunna..

koncham tension ga undi.. so emmana suggestions.. things to address, tips kosam ee post..so any suggestions are welcome...


P.S : anyway accident ayyindi, i cannot change that. its completly my fault.. and i am not drunk also , not in phone also..so if at all any suggestions unte cheppandi.. for gods sake i am fine with small injuries..

i have no problem in accepting and pay fine.. deeniki lawyer ni hire chesukuni represent chesthe bestaa.. lady nanni sue chesthunda.. ilanti questions tho koncham tension ga undi.. lawyer ante ikkada too expensive..

tell your insurance that accident happend.....they will open claim case.....you will need to upload any photos taken, police report to the claim online.......lady will get treatment.......your insurance pays medical bills of her.....case will be open for 6 to 8 months......she has to send medical bills.......car repair quotations to your insurance completely.....they will pay.......

You plead guilty in the court.....pay the fine like around 100 dollars.....they will say if you pay 350 dollars more they will also remove points........dont pay that....because already the accident is in your history....so paying any excess fee doest help....only money bokka........

This is the normal procedure.......if lady sues you then your insurance will appoint a lawyer to deal with that.....then lawyer will give some questions to answer.....then they takes deposition........meanwhile them may negotiate.............its longer procedure....get used to this..........now my fingers are paining to type this.......

Try to talk to that lady to compromise so the she wont go to more extent..
And make sure ur insurance covers her medical..

hmm i didnt take lady's phone number , by the time i realize accident cops came in no time since its in airport premises.... didnt get a chance..

i am guessing i may not needed to negotitate with her..from mukunda reply insurance will take care abt medical bills..

may be oka vela money adigithey koncham iddamani anukuntunna..

You can negotiate with her if she sues you......Otherwise keep silent, only make sure that your insurance company pays her bills..........Dont pay money unless insurance company lawyer direct you to settle......
