very easy man ( A + B ) ( A + B ) ani rayyi then

supply ( A + B ) as inputs to AND gate thats it.

no i think is he wrong you have to design gates for binary addition and binary multipication and then use both to create (A+B)^2

(A + B ) . (A + B ) = A + B

(A+B ).(A+B )= A.A + A.B + A.B + B.B = A + B + A.B = A(1+B ) + B = (A + B )

Then in this case just one OR gate is enough to implement the expresion ( A + B )2

Actually i gave it direct implementation but if you simplify its just ( A + B ) as like the below posts...it really depends on our choice but something that we should with less number of gates means you have to simplify..
