First time Opt apply chestunnanu, nenu already H1 apply chesa 2012 lo reject aindi. so nenu opt apply chesetappudu emina h1 document provide cheyala? employer details ani eemina column untundaa OP form lo? start date 40 or 50 lo pettala? brothers emina suggestions evvandi please.

Did u apply ur h1 on cpt?

Opt start date cannot be more than 60 days from ur grad date i think aina dso kada initial opt apply chesedhi?

nenu cpt tesukoledhu, i have only F1, nenu f1 start ainappudu nenu h1 apply chesa 2012 april lo, adhi reject aindi. so nenu f1 laganee conti nue ayyanu. so eppudu OPT apply chestunnanu. so nenu eminaa h1 documents evvala, emina options unatayaa opt apply chesetappudu.

I applied H1 not cpt.

No need to submit any docs if it is rejected with out approval and if your maintaining valid status when you applied h1 and after rejection..you dont have to submit anything..
