H1 Transfer Rfe Status.

Today my case status got changed and it showiing as premium processing clock has been stopped. What does it mean? It's been 4 hrs since the status got changed.[/size][/color][/font][color=#000000][font=Helvetica, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif][size=2]Is it another RFE or case denial?[/size][/font][/color]

Every body is saying that if i the status is not changed in 3-4 hrs it is denied. Not sure what will happen.
