Politicians are afraid to disturb the staus quo, coz they don't want to face the trouble of having to decide policies for the new states, create revenue through taxes, etc..

easy way is to be against the separate state demand.

again, you should try and check how well Tamilnadu has done, inspite of having almost no noticeable resources, including water.

Check with Tamilnadu, Japan.

Politicians are just lazy and want to preserve status quo.

Pls also explain how Hyd has natural advantages compared to a port city like Vizag, which was until a few years back the busiest port in India.

Once manufacturing policies eases, It'll be only port cities that'll outgrow inland cities. Although Hyd does have an efficient inland terminal, it still costs twice as much to import/export than from Vizag.

hmm they just dont migrate to hyd .. they also move to any city in india or middle east , singapore for livelihood... things wont change overnight... just being a capital doesn't bring people.. opportuniites undaali.. bubhaneshwar is much closer for those people but they move to kolkota or hyd or chennai...

AP ante only vizag and hyd ena ....most of the revenue is collected from non-metroes only..metro cities have only headquaters.....so its nt between hyd and vizag....its much bigger than you think

agreed china manufacturing is dependent on natural resources from across the world... china is the largest importer of raw materials in the world but it is the highest exporter of manufacturing goods. dubai has got nill natural resources majority of its income is from tourism and ports.... most major cities of the world are port cities

My whole point is around TRS and its game. They were never on the people side. They were behind wealth and power wearing a TRS mask. Why should they make provocative comments and provoke people to end their life.?? TG isthe better but atleast they should have tried to develop the region all these years.
