just2deal Posted June 13, 2013 Report Posted June 13, 2013 If your W2 wage is not higher than LCA rate, you may face queries during GC processing LCA wage rate includes taxes
iamlikethis Posted June 13, 2013 Author Report Posted June 13, 2013 so w2 lo wage rate after taxes kada.. whicch means ekkuva unnate kada. so in my case 65K+10k(taxes) 75k unate kada??
Osama Bin Gandhi Posted June 13, 2013 Report Posted June 13, 2013 Since your Gross(65k) > Prevailing Wage (55k) you are safe. You salary must be equal to or above prevailing wage.

You salary must be equal to or above prevailing wage. [/quote] Basic rule is your ,LCA will not be approved if the actual wage is less than prevailing wage rate So your actual wage (Shown on W2) should always be higher or equal to LCA wage Don;t get confused with taxes .All wages are gross wages (includes taxes)
