YoungBlood Posted June 14, 2013 Report Posted June 14, 2013 My H1b is approoved and my OPT extension is in processing.And am sure my OPT will be in processing till october as my university is biskit and all opt's are being delayed..Do i need to take any CAP gap? And Can i change my employer if my OPT is still in processing before OCTOBER( cutting down layers and moving fulltime with implementing partner at client location)

George_Brahmi_III Posted June 15, 2013 Report Posted June 15, 2013 if your H1 is not from this april , you are good to change. if u applied H1 this april and it is still in processing, you cannot. at that time in case of further scrutiny, you have to file a new amendment for changing employer, which is not advisable. idi naku thelsina vishayam.
