2 major things.

1. Our metabolism is very high even avg 1500 calories is not sufficient to body.

2. We are not eating major food.

belly is not a big problem. But fat raakudadhu body loki.

First manamu morning breakfast baaga tinali every 3 hrs little food tinali .

Melo entha mandhi gym ki velthunaro teliyadhu

organic bananas 126gms each undedhi 110 calories isthundhi but 9 grms of sugar untudhi oka dani lo so max 3 kanna yekuva tinavadhuu.
