Our metabolism is very high even avg 1500 calories is not sufficient to body. 2. We are not eating major food.

But fat raakudadhu body loki. First manamu morning breakfast baaga tinali every 3 hrs little food tinali . Melo entha mandhi gym ki velthunaro teliyadhu velle pani ayethe chepandhi inka tips cheptanu. organic bananas 126gms each undedhi 110 calories isthundhi but 9 grms of sugar untudhi oka dani lo so max 3 kanna yekuva tinavadhuu. Anyone using protein powder?
