Go by train from seattle to canada. No need of car to visit places in vancouver. you got frequent buses to all the locations over there.

nuvvu bayata thirugutha ante car avasaram...ledu hotel lo ne undi downtown lo thirugutha ante you dont need a car...but hotels near consulate will be expensive..consulate daggara food ki no problem..plenty of restaurants and indian food.
