How it works is , there would be postings of particular person for Eg: A person so and so studying Inter with good acads but no money(This will be picked by local members of organization or even you can pick on you know). Once you see this posting you can respond to that and move further in sponsoring them. But one thing, even if you do not sponsor that is fine, just look at it and spread it. Even I am a spectator for now, but soon trying to accommodate them, year ki max of 20k INR would be your sponsorship. Dont forget please spread it.
