Hi,

Na opt ee month ki end ipotuni..So,na Texas license ee month end ki expire ipotundi.. Extension apply chesa .. last month card vachindi.. DPS ki vela last month renewal ki .. na kotta EAD card system accept cheyatle.. oka 2-3 weeks aagi ramanaru.. eroju vela.. still accept cheyatle.. immigration document missing ani vastundi.. edo request pedutunam anaru.. letter vastadi oka ten days lo aa letter teskoni ramanaru.

Ee immigration document not found enti? ma frds lo evariki avale ila..
Melo evarikina telsa? ila Iyinda??

Yes Thats sucks.
Texas DPS wont accept until the start Date on the EAD card

after 10 days got my license

i had the same issue but on h1b......first she said she put a request on my file and i'll recieve a letter in 10 days..,,,,,to give a try i went to a different office in the same city and i was able to renew with no issues

The practical impact of the new DPS verification procedures has been a delay in issuance
of renewed driver’s licenses. This is particularly prevalent when applicants have pending
petitions for an extension of temporary nonimmigrant visa status but their previous temporary
status has already expired. While previously such applicants were able to secure a renewed
driver’s license by presenting evidence of a pending extension petition (e.g. Form I‐797 receipt
notice), FosterQuan has received reports of such applicants being turned away pending
additional, required checks to verify the applicant’s lawful status. The new policy has also
impacted some applicants with pending Permanent Residency applications, as the period of the
applicant’s lawful U.S. status cannot be immediately verified in the SAVE system

after 5 days i guess...actual ga 2nd dps office lo kuda it was showing the same issue but that lady correcetd it on her own.....it took like 10 mins....
