That's True.. Its all about when he choose to Leak the information and where he choose to leak the info..

and the other biggest worry is gonna be having that kind of information with a person outside the custody of United States Govt. and who had to access to so many sensitive areas.
Who knows what kind of information he is holding with him..

Like I said, he had to chose a different news paper than US-based... for the credibility of the matter.... also,. to protect himself..
