pikki Posted June 19, 2013 Report Posted June 19, 2013 to say this man, seriously u r making your decisions based on ur personal or ur teammates interests...and seriously do u want somebody (whom u hire whether a boy or that so called girl) to bug u or ur team mates for the things and try to be soo cautious in implementing the project coz if thats the case neither you (as a team mate assuming ur rank is a bit higher) or that person will not have confidence man and might jeopardize the project. Try to use ur work ethics to make ur decision based on what u expected from them or the expectations set forth by them in the intw or the job req itself but not whether they can play a role other than that of a project itself. Literally u might be playing with somebodys career here. Question ur self here. If I say more u might feel offended. Jst saying...
