pimple marks will go with time..and face wshes lo kuda soap vuntundhi..Main thing to avoid pimples is to keep your skin as clean as possible..pimples are nothing but the clogged dirt/bcteria in the skin pores, which gets infected and later turns in to people. So, India lo vunte cheppanakkarledhu mana pollution/dust ki roju ki 5-6 times facewash cheyyalsindhi..it's not to be some soap everytime, you can just wash your face gently with some warm water.

It's better to use face clenser than face wash. For a quick face wsh, you can get small pack of face wet wipes which you can carry in bag.
