[/quote] vallaki options isthaaru vayya....if you agree to the crime and help police to identify the victims and regain god etc...they will make it a life sentence...otherwise it is death penalty.... as a general rule death penalty is given in rarest of the rare cases....death by court is like murder sanctioned by the govt....it is rarely used to punish... i think now you know my opinion about the delhi rapists....

[/quote] what has identifying them to do with the punishment imposed to them...naa question enti..ante........following the rules of fair trail....how does the judge decide aa person who commited 7 murders should face capital punishment and some with more than that a life sentence...ante number prakaram chuskunna the later guy has committed more crime......(leave aside that identification stuff...acrime once commite dis crime)........

[/quote] number prakaram punish cheyyataaniki idhem mathematical formula kaadhu vayya....you have to understand that law is subjective and open to interpretation....you can get death penalty even for one murder...it depends on the severity of the crime....moreover judge will not decide but the jury will decide in US...
