Its better to go with no dates mentioned rather than saying 3 months..

depends...most probably padadhu...i applied 2 times with no end date(saying multiple extensions)...verbage important ikkada.....

u can file for extension again

chances for reject are more as per my observation this year
i have 2 frnds who got rejected after rfe

i applied for h1 with out client letter, i got it approved for three years
