Ass_Kicker Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Try to get the attorney number through Google(u can call anyone in that firm they will transfer to the right person. usually, they are good at responding to the clients). Tell them that you are calling from so and so company and ask for status of your case. I had a same issue but, lucky ga attorney number naa daggera unde.....ee employer sale galla chethilo em undadu......sometime attorney also take time to respond. naa attorney gadu 3 weeks tesukunnadu after submitting all the documents.....he said, he had other priorities to take care first.....try to talk to attorney and tell him that ur project might end sooner. that way he will respond faster.

[/quote] not a good idea......that makes him to think about h1 withdrawal which puts this guy in jeopardy........bcoz attorney's never take risk in submitting docs if ur out of project...only an employer does....

[/quote] you are right...nenu cheppedhi adhe....nuvvu ila call chesi pi post athanu cheppinattu naa proj aipothundhi ante vallu withdraw cheddam antaru(most of the cases attorneys risk thisukoru)
