not everybody.. Hispanics or latinos and I guess you should have stayed for 5 years or 7 years after ur visa is expired. antey nee status dobbettukoni 5 or 7 years odd jobs chesi india ni marchipothey, appudu isthaaru . and that is a 10 year process.. first green card, then PR, then citizenship.
