boss.. even you are 30 years old.. first time US license holders (India license unte.. adhi different case) will get probation license only. It is like Learner license.

For drivers ages 21 and up, MVC offers a three phase process:[list]

Practice supervised driving for at least three months
You must observe the following restrictions during the supervised driving phase:[list]
[*]You must be accompanied in the front seat by an adult supervising driver who is at least 21 years of age and who possesses a valid New Jersey driver license and has a minimum of three years driving experience
[*]You can't use cell phones, hand held video games or any other hands-free interactive, wireless communication device
[*]Seat belts must be worn at all times

Get a probationary license[list]

You can't use any wireless device during this period and always remember to wear your safety belts (It's a state law)



Get a basic driver license[list]
