[/quote] i-94 is the permission to stay legally in the country upto the date mentioned on it and visa states your status ! Your ability to owrk depends on the visa status and type If your visa is expired [b]you can not work[/b]..If you i-94 is valid ,you can stay in the country ! Generally the i94 validity will be till the end of the visa validity date (barring some visas like b1/b2) May be you are misreading the year on your i-94 as 2015 instead of 2013 Consult a lawyer immediatly !
