u need to give only written test in TX if u have out of state DL.
OPT got ended and iyinaa inka OPT ext raleda? if so u need to wait till you get OPT ext card. Then only u they will give u ... basically with out that u dont have any legal status kada...

bro.. nenu ne situation lo unna almsot.. card lekunda konni states lo DL istharu ex: Illinois lo na frnd ki icharu .. but konni states lo ivvaaru Michigan lo naaku ivvaledhu... card ochaka rammanaru..

and my frnd was caught driving with expired DL cop em analedhu.. reason adigadu vadu state maaranu so need to go to DMV/SOS soon for renewal ani cheppadu..!

and ne old expired DL unte opt card theskoni next time renewal ki vellu... they wont ask u write any exam or will ask for drive test just DL ichestharu opt card medha unna dates prakaram
