nee height ivvakundaa weight okati istey ela bosss.. BMI indicates normal antey no need to worry much.

antha avasaram ledu.. go to sixpackworkouts.com. andulo chaala excercises unnayi.. crunches is veryy old fashioned way.. also it is always preferred to run in open area than on thread mill.. follow this diet and u will definetely see the change

morning sprouts tinu [ make it tasty. avoid milk to max extent]
afternoon [ eat more curries and medium quantity of rice]
evening have some protein powder with water
night try to eat only rotis

completely give up smoking and drinking habits.

prefer to have light meals for every 2 to hours than taking heavy meals after long gaps. drink more water..

"Aasanaalu Aarogyaaniki Saasanaalu" ani manthena satyanarayana raju book chaduvu.. it might help u..
