i m not a habitual smoker more like recreational smoker since 2002 i dont think i will ever quit my 5-10 cigarettes a month cycle.

quitting cold turkey is the best possible solution i have seen. i have friends who stopped smoking one fine day and never picked up another cigarette no mater what. try other unconventional methods if there is an urge to smoke like hookah or electric cigarettes and gradually stop that as well.

nenu kuda 7 times failed...8th time anni kalisi vachaayi...like no company at work or room. Read lot of anti-smoking posts etc.,

Sipping ice cold water every now and then helped me a lot.
