3 things which keep me going (Subramanyam Swamy):-

1. "you have only freedom of action but no right to claim the result (based on ur effort)" You will get a reward in some form or other so not worrying about result will make you stress free.

2. "There are Karmas that you inherit from previous births that you have to discharge" If you are suffering with doing no mistake then it might be from the past karmas and the same goes with good things also.

3. "Do anything with a service mind" then divine will interfere and create conditions for your success.
